At Cinnamon HR, ‘giving something back’ isn’t just a phrase — it’s part of who we all are. Supporting the community we work in genuinely matters to our team.

Being responsible is one of our core values, and we live and breathe it every day. Whether we’re making ethical decisions, being mindful of our environmental impact, or simply caring and looking after the people around us, we take our responsibility seriously — and proudly.

Over the years, our team has dedicated hundreds of pro bono hours to charitable, not‑for‑profit, sporting and public organisations across North Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. We’ve helped with selection processes, job descriptions, policy advice, outplacement support, training, and even CV‑writing and interview workshops for local college and school students. Every project has helped us grow — expanding our knowledge of how not‑for‑profit organisations work and building brilliant new relationships along the way.

We’re delighted that our efforts have been recognised and appreciated, and in many cases, our support has continued long after the initial project. Volunteering and fundraising — often alongside our families and friends — has brought us plenty of fun and laughs.
