Cinnamon HR management development training is a specialised programme that aims to equip your line managers with the skills, knowledge, and methods necessary to succeed as a manager.
While most people are promoted to management positions based on their technical knowledge and years of experience, every manager needs a set of universal management skills that relate to getting the best performance from other people. To succeed as a manager, you must be able to succeed with people.
Cinnamon HR provide this six-part bite-sized learning programme that will teach you a set of people management skills that will enable you to get the best performance from others. These skills include goal focus, communication, conflict resolution, planning, performance management, time management, motivation, and leadership.
six 2-hour training sessions delivered in-person, or online, for a group of up to five participants. Each session will contain a mix of presentations, group discussions, case studies and exercises. Between sessions there will be tasks to complete to facilitate learning.

She offers a variety of executive coaching solutions bespoke for each person.
Our most popular offering is the six-month 1:1 coaching programme tailored to you and your individual needs. This includes an initial coaching assessment to establish goals, outcomes and measures of success, 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions (online or in-person, depending on location) and heaps of tools, hints, tips and real tangible tools for your tool box to take away and implement in your daily life.
